Introduction:

This rotary grading system is equipped with one elevator, transportation belt, the main electronic sorter and the control panel. It can sort various fruits and vegetables by weight and is controlled by the computer.

Details:

The roller elevator is used for feeding the fruits into the machine, any damaged fruits will be picked out by hand.  The frame of the machine is painted with an antiques material. The transportation belt is made of two parallel belts in a V shape. they can drive fruits one by one on the fruit trays of the sorter. The electronic sorter will sort round fruit and vegetable by weight. You can set the weight of each fruit you want to sort on the computer. There is a load cell installed in the machine to receive the weight of each fruit and transfer it to the computer.
